About me

I began my career in the building trades as a summer job between semesters at school. After a few years of commercial construction, I moved to residential work and started on a framing crew. From there I quickly gravitated to finish carpentry. I have gained direct experience in every phase of the construction process in the past 40 years.

Finish carpentry requires an attention to detail. That's what is necessary for a door to operate properly day in and day out, for the handrail on the staircase to be secure and safe. That same attention is critical when it comes to the things that can make a home a showcase. For me, the process of gaining this knowledge and experience continues every single day.
